Case Studies
============

We developed two case studies based on the RabbitBAM library to demonstrate its practical performance benefits: **BAM Quality Control** and **BAM Sorting**.

Compared to HTSlib-based implementations, our RabbitBAM versions achieved **1.8× speedup in quality control** and **1.7× speedup in sorting**.
